Cancellation policy

Some Loki Flower products (Moisturising Shampoo, Moisturising Conditioner and Rosemary Hair & Scalp Oil) can be bought on subscription, delivered every 6 or 8 weeks with 10% off.

Cancelling or changing your subscription

There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. You can pause, skip, change or cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account on lokiflower.com, or by emailing us at lokiflowerbeauty@gmail.com.

To stop the next delivery, please cancel at least 2 days before your next billing date. If an order has already been charged and dispatched, it will be delivered as normal and our Return and refund policy applies to it.

Payments

Your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each delivery cycle. We will email you a confirmation for each order.
