What's inside

• Step 1 - Rosemary Hair & Scalp Oil (30 ml) - a pre-wash oil with rosemary and peppermint.
• Step 2 - Deep Cleanse Scalp Scrub, Rosemary & Mint (170 ml) - lifts build-up and leaves the scalp feeling fresh.
• Step 3 - Moisturising Shampoo (290 ml) - a gentle, moisturising cleanse for all hair types.
• Step 4 - Moisturising Conditioner (290 ml) - with argan oil to soften dry ends and leave hair smooth.

How to use the ritual

1. Oil - before you wash. Apply a few drops of Rosemary Hair & Scalp Oil directly onto a dry scalp, section by section. Massage in gently with your fingertips in small circular movements. Smooth what's left through your mid-lengths and ends, and leave it on for 15 minutes.

2. Scrub - once a week. Wet your hair and scalp. Part your hair into sections and apply a small amount of Scalp Scrub directly onto the scalp. Massage gently in small circles - no need to scrub hard - then rinse thoroughly.

3. Shampoo - on the scalp, not the lengths. Massage the Moisturising Shampoo into your scalp with your fingertips. Don't rub the lengths - the lather cleanses them as you rinse. Rinse thoroughly.

4. Conditioner - from ponytail height down. Gently squeeze the water out of your hair first. Apply the Moisturising Conditioner from ponytail height to the ends, keeping it off the scalp. Comb through, leave on for 5 minutes, then rinse.

Kate's tip: on weeks without the scrub, go straight from the oil to the shampoo. Order matters - oil, scrub, shampoo, conditioner.
